Planks cut from recycled timber 4 inches wide by 1/2 inch thick by random length are laminated to a plywood backing. All voids in the teak are filled and the entire board is then sanded to 120 grit and then tongue and grooved. The boards are very easy to handle and install. the only finishing required is sanding and sealing. Boards measure 8 feet by 4 feet by 1 inch thick.

Finding and purchasing old buildings is the first step to take. Due to the scarcity of this type of material, the company explores all of North America in its hunt for timbers of the right size, age and species. Many old buildings, like these below, cannot be adapted for reuse and need to be taken down for safety and efficiency. These are our sources of reclaimed wood.
