Jack Kepler

I strive toward durability and architectural excellence. Inside and out, I make a careful selection of the basic elements of design—color, texture, proportion, and unity. In the same area for over twenty years, I have been able to collect a large assortment of native, exotic hardwood. Having well seasoned wood at my disposal is essential in my ability to produce a guaranteed product. For more than thirty years, I have been pleased to design everthing from coffee tables and lamps to the houses that surround them, for people throughout the country.

This altar was hand carved from a mahogany tree downed by Hurricane Andrew.
The rope pattern and legs are carved of a local lignum vitae salvaged in 1910.
The shield of the St. James below the altar is made of mahogany inlaid with shells in lignum vitae.
