Oliver Woolcock & Lynn Coleman
Folk Art

Over ten years ago, husband and wife, Oliver Woolcock and Lynn Coleman abandoned their “Corporate Lifestyle” to pursue a creative career path. Oliver and Lynn are located on Gabriola Island in the scenic Gulf Islands of southern British Columbia, Canada, an area that is home to many talented artists.

Each Folksy Fun Cabinet has been handcrafted, handpainted, signed and numbered on Gabriola Island, British Columbia. The characters portrayed, (inspired by nostalgia and some fantasy) are real “folks.” The cabinets hold 80 compact discs and are 4 feet, 8 inches high by 8 inches square. They are made from Western White Pine and are 100 percent Canadian origin. The cabinets are designed to fit in small places and complement all areas of the home. Not only functional, these “furniture art” items focus as conversation pieces and collector’s items.
